Like the rest of the Geekvape Range, you can expect the same level of durability with the limited edition version. The Aegis Zeus Limited Edition maintains the sleek, professional design from its predecessors.
One of the main advantages of the Aegis Legend Zeus series is the long lasting feel. Constructed out of magnesium alloy. The Geekvape Aegis Legend Zeus Edition claims to be the lightest and strongest mod around. And in all fairness, we think they might’ve just claimed that well-earned title.
Let’s talk aesthetics. There’s not beating around the bush here, this vape kit is an absolute looker. Sleek, amazing colour synergy both in the mod and on the tank. Is there much more you can ask for? The tank, the body and the screen all provide a cohesive look throughout.
The Zeus Tank, how does it perform?
The All new Zeus Sub ohm Tank comes pre installed with the Z2 coil and it’s safe to say they’ve done it again. We were extremely impressed with the flavour output and all round user experience. At first it seemed like increasing the airflow might have an affect on the delivery of the flavour, but Geekvape proved us wrong. All the benefits of a bottom feed system without the annoying vape E-liquid leaking.
Our cons with this vape kit are minimal. Some minor details from the original are missing, and depending on personal preference you may think the limited edition is slightly smarter.
Whats new about the Limited Edition?
The first major difference is the limited edition version of the Aegis Legend Zeus is that it comes with and upgraded AS Chip. What does this mean for us? To be completely honest, there isn’t a huge difference. Its updated, newer and makes the LED screen run slightly faster.
Is there any cons to this device?
It’s difficult to try and fault this device as its been put together so well. But we have 1 suggestion just to watch out for if you go for this kit. Don’t get us wrong, this is arguably one of the best kits out there for all round durability available at the moment. However, the battery compartment lid seems to maybe be the “weakest part” of the Aegis Legend Zeus Limited edition. We put “weakest part” in brackets as its still stronger than other kits in its category, but we’d recommend avoid letting it drop or taking any impact on the bottom itself. The spring loaded lid closure system takes the hassle out of a fiddly battery fitting compartment so hats off to Geekvape for that.
Disclaimer: Look, we know what you’re thinking. How can a retailer publish a review and expect us to take it as gospel? The truth is we don’t expect you to. We just want you to know we’re not here to bullsh*t and grab a quick sale here and there. We’re here to help you make better, more informed decisions to help you quit smoking. To accomplish this we pledge to offer you absolute honesty in all products we review. Keep your eyes peeled for more vape kit and E-liquid blogs coming soon!
