At Vape.co.uk, we know how important it is you get your vapes as quickly as possible, especially when you’ve run out of supplies! We don’t think you should have to wait for days, or worse pay extortionate next day shipping fees just to keep you from smoking. That’s why we’ve launched VAPExpress…
VAPExpress is our fastest, Free Next Day shipping option. All of our products are eligible for VAPExpress, meaning that no matter what you order – it will be sent with our VAPExpress service by default.
If your basket exceeds £20, you’ll be eligible to use the VAPExpress delivery option. You don’t have to do anything except lookout for the VAPExpress logo at checkout with the pink tick and select that shipping option.
Do I have to pay for VAPExpress?
No, VAPExpress is a completely free of charge service that applies to qualifying products.
What if my basket is under £20 but contains all VAPExpress items?
If your basket is under £20 but contains exclusively VAPExpress items, your parcel will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the standard delivery charge.
What courier do you use?
VAPExpress products are sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked and DHL Express. We use Royal Mail and DHL as they boast some of the highest next day delivery success rates within the country. VAPExpress can dynamically change between couriers depending on the best delivery success we see at any given time, ensuring we get your parcel to you as fast as possible.
When are orders with VAPExpress dispatched?
Orders using the VAPExpress service are dispatched same day until 7pm (Monday-Friday) and until 12:30pm on Saturdays & 16:00 on Sundays.
