Delivery Times & Process
VAPExpress Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked) : A tracked 24 hour service that aims to deliver parcels the next day (Some postcodes exclude Sunday). Over 95% of parcels arrive next day but it is not guaranteed. Scotland and other remote UK areas should allow one extra day.
DPD Next Day: A next day service if ordered before 15:45 Mon-Thurs (Bank Holidays excluded)
When your order is marked “Completed” this means it has been processed and is ready for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information via the email address you used at checkout.
When do we dispatch?
Orders placed before 6pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the same day except for in extremely busy periods and excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before 12:30pm on Saturday’s will be dispatched on the same day.
Order Tracking
How can I track my Order?
All of Vape.co.uk’s parcels are sent via a tracked service. You will be sent tracking information via the email address you checked out with. This email can sometimes go to junk. Tracking will be sent as your order is dispatched.
Please note that courier updates do not correlate to dispatch times. Couriers may scan parcels into the network after collection from us. Their tracking portals may also not correctly update to reflect what has actually occurred (for example, the parcel has left us but not yet been scanned). Please allow for the evening (if placed before 6pm weekdays) of placing your order for tracking to update.
Delivery & Returns T&C’s
1. Vape.co.uk is committed to, where possible, reducing negative effects on the environment and for such reason has taken the decision to not include returns forms to reduce paper waste. You can find organise a return with our Helpers team via livechat or via email at helpers@vape.co.uk with the subject RETURN.
2. We have a 28 day returns policy where products can be returned to Vape.co.uk if you change your mind. This is subject to the item being in complete original form and packaging. An item being returned must be unopened and unused including the cellophane film which contains the serial number where applicable.
3. Once we receive your item and verify that it meets the above standard, we will process a full refund within 3-4 working days. If a product received is damaged or does not work as it should, we will issue a refund despite the product being opened.
4. Vape.co.uk will not pay for the cost of returning a product where the customer does not like the product or changes their mind under their statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Situations where Vape.co.uk will pay the cost of a return;
- The item received is damaged on delivery
- The item does not function in the way it should as described by the manufacturer, including any product that won’t switch on.
- The item is the wrong item that was ordered.
Courier collections are available if you’re not able to get to a post office and/or don’t have access to a printer.
6. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and the order has been processed and dispatched, Vape.co.uk will not pay for the cost of a replacement parcel or refund the customer.
7. We recommend that if you are returning an item you have purchased, the quickest way to get a replacement is to purchase the product again and then once we receive your item and inspect it, will issue a refund for the original purchase if found to be faulty.
8. Vape.co.uk is not responsible for any delays with delivery that are outside of our control, including but not limited to; courier strikes, lost items by our delivery agent, adverse weather conditions, delivery agent ceases to exist as a business.
9. We will refund you where applicable under these terms via the payment method you used to make the purchase with. Vape.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a refund at our discretion so long as this fits within the law and does not affect your rights as a customer.
10. Sale items CAN NOT be returned under any circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING T&C
- The same Terms and Conditions apply to international shipping, with the following additional terms and conditions also applying.
- Vape.co.uk currently ships internationally (including but not limited to) to the UK, Europe and other worldwide destinations. Please ask a member of staff if we ship to your country via helpers@vape.co.uk or our Live Chat.
- Free Delivery over £20 does NOT apply to international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
- Vape.co.uk will not pay for the cost of a return for an international order under any circumstances.
- Delivery times vary from country to country but please allow up to 2 weeks for international delivery.
- Please Note: International orders may be subject to local import taxes or customs charges, Vape.co.uk is not responsible for these costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office to check any associated costs prior to ordering internationally. You may also have to give more information to the customs of the destination country, this may include filling out additional forms. Vape.co.uk takes no responsibility for any delay or failed delivery caused by customs needing additional information from customers.
- If a parcel is unclaimed at customs and returned to us, the value of the refund to the customer will be less the shipping costs. Similarly if the customer fails to meet any requirements of the destination country customs authority, a shipping refund will not be granted. Examples include but are not limited to; prohibited good for the destination, import laws and prescriptions.
- Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed with international orders they are just estimates. Due to the nature of customs in each individual country, Vape.co.uk cannot be liable for delivery delays.
- Due to the nature of the products we sell and individual countries restrictions on them, Vape.co.uk cannot categorically guarantee delivery where the destination customs country refuses the import by the customer. Vape.co.uk will not be liable for undelivered parcels due to customs rejections. We advise you to check the import rules in your country of vaping products.
- There is a maximum international shipping weight of 2KG. If your parcel exceeds this weight, it will be sent in two separate parcels. You will not be charged a delivery fee from us twice. However, you may be liable for two separate customs fees, one for each parcel. Vape.co.uk takes no liability for these additional costs.
