What Is Ohms?

Ohms relates to the resistance of the coil. Anything under 1 ohm is classed as ‘sub ohm’ and should be used with e-liquids that have a VG ratio of 60VG or above. Anything 1 ohms or above can be used with 50/50 liquids and other high PG liquids such as nic salts.

Guide To Coil Resistances: 

• 0.4Ohm – Is a lower resistance for a warmer vape and increased vapour production. Ideal for direct-to-lung vaping with high VG e-liquids.
• 0.6Ohm – Also suited for DTL vaping, offering a slightly tighter draw. Best paired with 70VG/30PG e-liquids.
• 0.9Ohm – A balanced option that works well for both mouth-to-lung and DTL styles, offering a good mix of flavour and vapour.

How Long Does A G3 GPP Pod Last Before It Needs Replacing? 

A pod can typically last anywhere from seven days to a couple of weeks, or even longer, depending on how you vape and the settings you use, as these factors greatly affect the lifespan of your pod.

You’ll know when it’s time to replace your pod when you notice a drop in flavour, less vapour production, or a slightly burnt or harsh taste. These are clear signs that the pod may be clogged with residue or that the coil is starting to burn inside.

To help prolong your pod’s life, make sure that when you fill your pod up, you let it sit for 5-10 minutes. This allows the coil to fully absorb the e-liquid, reducing the risk of burning. Also, always keep an eye on your e-liquid level to avoid dry hits, which can damage your pod.
