Setting Up the Wenax Q Ultra

1. Choose Your Pod: Select the pod that matches your preferred vaping style. Use the 0.6 Ω pod for a smooth RDL (restricted direct lung) experience, or the 0.8 Ω pod for a tighter MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw, mimicking a cigarette.

2. Insert the Pod: Firmly attach the pod into the device until it clicks securely into place.

3. Check the Coil: Each pod has a built-in mesh coil that heats e-liquid evenly, ensuring consistent flavour and rich vapour.

4. Add E-Liquid (if using refillable pods): Use your favourite 50% VG or higher e-liquid for optimal taste and smooth clouds. Pull back the rubber cap on the side of the pod and insert the nozzle of your e-liquid into the hole. If your pod does not have a side fill, remove the top cap and insert the nozzle into the top fill hole. Make sure to securely reseal the cap before using.

5. Start Vaping: Activate the device by pressing the button or using inhale activation, then enjoy a satisfying hit.

6. Experiment Freely: Swap pods anytime to try different vaping styles and flavours for a fully customisable experience.

Navigating The Wenax Q Ultra

Power On:
Press the side button five times quickly to turn the device on. Once powered on, an on-screen guide will appear to help you get started.

Unlock the Device:
Swipe up on the screen to unlock the device.

Access the Menu:
Swipe down from the home screen to access the main menu. Swipe down again within the menu to view additional options.

Navigate the Screen:

• Swipe up to return to the home screen.

• Swipe left to go back to the previous page.

Lock the Device:
The device automatically locks when not in use.

Power Off:
Press the side button five times quickly to turn the device off.

Adjust Output Power:
Press the side button three times to enter the power adjustment page. Wait until the numbers begin to flash, then press the side button to adjust the setting. Once your desired setting is selected, wait three seconds for it to confirm.

Wrist to Wake:
The screen will wake automatically when you lift or move the device while holding it.

Home Screen:
The home screen displays battery percentage and current power output settings.

Accessing the Functions

• Change Theme:
  Go to the menu and select the “Theme” option. Scroll up or down to browse themes, then press the blue tick to confirm your choice.

• Adjust Output Power:
  There are two ways to adjust the power:

  1. Quick method: See the “How to use the Wenax Q Ultra” section above.

  2. Menu method: Go to the menu, select “Output,” scroll to your desired power setting, and press the blue tick to confirm.

• Custom Options:
  Go to the menu and select “Custom” to toggle features such as Lock Screen, Motion Effect, and Wrist-to-Wake on or off.
• Access More Info & Reset Device:
  Go to the menu and select “Guide.” Choose whether you want the Guide, Manual, FAQ, or to Format/Reset the device. Navigate through pages by pressing Next and swipe left to go back a page.

How Do I Reset The Puff Counter In Geekvape Wenax Q Ultra? 

Unlock the device and swipe down to open the menu, select “Guide,” then choose “Format Reset.” Confirm the setup is complete, and the device will automatically restart.

Why Is my Geekvape Wenax Q Ultra Not Working? 

Make sure the screen is wiped clean from any stains, water or dirt. If this is still not working then try switching the device on and off again. Refer to the manual for more information. If the issues persists, speak to one of our team.
