VAPExpress is our fastest, Free Next Day shipping option. Wherever you see the VAPExpress logo, this means that the product is eligible for Free Next Day shipping.
If your basket contains all products with the VAPExpress logo and is over £20, you’ll receive Free Next Day shipping – simple. You don’t have to do anything except lookout for the VAPExpress logo at checkout with the pink tick and select that shipping option.
Do I have to pay for VAPExpress?
No, VAPExpress is a completely free of charge service that applies to qualifying products.
What if my basket is under £20 but contains all VAPExpress items?
If your basket is under £20 but contains exclusively VAPExpress items, your parcel will be dispatched via Royal Mail24hr tracked at the normal shipping fee rate – a free upgrade!
What courier do you use?
VAPExpress products are sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked and DHL Express. We use Royal Mail and DHL as they boast some of the highest next day delivery success rates within the country.
Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail if you place an order before 15:30 Mon – Friday, and then if you place an order 15:30 onwards this will be dispatched with DHL Express.
When are VAPExpress products dispatched?
VAPExpress products are dispatched same day until 7pm (Monday-Friday) and until 12:30pm on Saturdays & 14:00 on Sundays.
