Can I Use My Vape While It’s On Charge?

It depends on your vape. Some devices support something called pass-through charging, which means you can safely use them while they’re plugged in. But not all vapes have this feature, and using one that doesn’t support it while it’s charging can be risky, it could overheat, glitch out, or even damage the battery over time.

Even if your vape does allow pass-through charging, its a good idea to wait until its charged before using. Vaping while charging can put extra strain on the battery, especially if you’re using a fast charger.

To be safe, check your vapes manual or manufacturers website. If there’s no clear mention of pass-through support, its better to wait until it’s fully charged before using it.

Is It Safe To Leave My Vape Charging Overnight Using A USB-C?

It might seem convenient, but leaving your vape charging overnight isn’t the safest idea. Many modern vapes have built in protections to stop charging once the battery is full, but not all devices are manufactured the same. Cheaper, older vapes might not have the same safety features, meaning they may have risks of over heating, or shorten your batteries lifespan, or, in rare cases, fire hazards.

Overall its best to unplug your vape once its fully charged. But if you have to charge it overnight, make sure the vape is on a hard, non flammable surface, away from bedding, and always make sure to use a high quality charger.
