So you love Elf Bars? We do too. The problem is though, when you’re going through them so quickly, they become fairly expensive to keep buying. “If only there was an Elf Bar that I could recharge that looked and tasted the same” we hear you say. Well you guessed it, there is. Introducing the Elf Bar Elfa.
Key Features of the Elf Bar Elfa
Your favourite disposable now has a swap in pod option. That’s right, the Elf Bar Elfa has pre-filled pods that you can swap in and out. Each pod is pre-filled with 2ml of e-liquid in a 20mg nicotine strength which means in theory it should give the same puffs (600) as a regular Elf Bar. The same liquids are used in the Elfa as the Elf Bar, with some new additions to the flavour range but more on that later.
Size wise, the Elf Bar Elfa is almost identical to the original Elf Bar disposable although it is slightly taller. The exact dimensions of the Elf Bar Elfa are 10.5cm tall and 1.5cm wide. A super lightweight kit, the Elfa weighs just 30g when the pod is full.
Specifications:
Pod that comes with the kit is Bluerazz Lemonade as standard
Size: 108 x 16mm
Puffs: Up to 600 per pod (approx)
Battery: 500mAh (Built-In)
Pod Capacity: 2ml (pods sold separately)
20mg Nicotine Salt E-liquid
50VG/50PG
Type-C Charging
Inhale Activated (no buttons)
Integrated Mesh Coil
Suitable for MTL Vaping
What’s in the Elfa box?
Inside the box is the Elf Bar Elfa Kit itself (thank god), plus the pod and the usual safety warning/directions for use card you’ll find in any Elf Bar box. The pod is pre-installed and (at the time of writing) as standard you get the Blue Razz Lemonade pod. However, the bigger question here should be “what ISN’T in the box?”. Why? Well somebody at Elf Bar strangely decided that they wouldn’t include the Type-C charging cable you need to charge this device. It is a very cheap kit (£7.99 at Vape.co.uk), so you can’t be too angry but this is a serious con from Elf Bar here.
Elf Bar Elfa Pods and Flavours
At the time of writing, there are currently 11 flavours available for the Elf Bar Elfa. See a full flavour list below. Elf Bar have introduced some new flavours that don’t feature in the original Elf Bar range like the Cranberry Grape and Blueberry Cotton Candy. We expect this flavour list to continue to grow over time, but this is what they have right now (and they are all just as delicious as your regular Elf Bar).
Elf Bar Elfa Flavour List

Elfa Pods
The Elf Bar Elfa pods come in packs of 2 pods, each with around 600 puffs per pod which is roughly equivalent to 35 cigarettes in terms of puffs. The pods are pre-filled so you can’t refill the liquid, they are also disposable so you just swap them in and out. I really like the fact these pods are magnetic, unlike the Elf Bar Mate kit.
Flavour Test
This wouldn’t be any sort of review without a flavour test. We are firm believers that flavour is almost everything, particularly in disposable or pod vaping. So, how does the Elfa fair up against the original Elf Bar? Well, the flavour is just as good there is no doubt about that. The introduction of the new flavours is a really nice touch from Elf Bar and the Cranberry Grape is our personal favourite. The flavour production, airflow and draw from the device is very similar if not almost identical to the original Elf Bar.
So, flavour wise you are safe – it is absolutely fantastic as to be expected.
Build Quality, Design and Battery Life
There isn’t toomuch that can be said about the build quality and design of the Elf Bar Elfa, not if you’ve ever used a regular Elf Bar. That’s because they are almost identical and that’s the whole point of the Elfa. Despite this, the build quality is solid just like an Elf Bar, they feel slick and definitely not like cheap plastic. A matte finish gives comfortable grip in the hand whilst maintaining that staple Elf Bar look.
One thing Elf Bar have introduced on the Elfa is the ring light that sits at the bottom of the kit, this lights up when you vape and when it’s charging. The word E L F A can be found at the bottom of the kit just above the light, this design is the slickest looking disposable (ish) kit we’ve seen. The Type-C USB charging port is found at the bottom of the kit but of course, no charger in the kit (yes it still bothers us).
The mouthpiece of the Elfa is the same duck shaped mouthpiece you’ll find on a regular Elf Bar which is of course just as comfortable, it’s a carbon copy pretty much.
Battery Life
The Elf Bar Elfa has a 500mAh built in battery which is the same as a regular Elf Bar, but of course this is rechargeable. We tested the battery life and overall it’s pretty good. It is quite likely the pod will die before the kit does, so you can rest assured you’ll get all day vaping out of the Elfa, just make sure you bring a spare pod with you if you’re taking it on a night out.
Where can I buy an Elf Bar Elfa?
Well of course you can buy an Elf Bar Elfa from Vape.co.uk. They are £7.99 for the kit and you can get 5 pods for £25 plus Free Shipping. You can also buy an Elf Bar Elfa from any vape shop and even some local convenience stores like garages or corner shops. We urge you to always ensure your Elf Bar products are authentic and legitimate. To check this, you just need to scan the QR code on the box (as seen below) and this will take you to the official Elf Bar website. From here you will be able to authenticate your device and pods and verify they are genuine.
Pro’s and Con’s of the Elf Bar Elfa
Pro’s
Rechargeable
Good battery life
Excellent flavour
Build quality
Con’s
No charging cable included
In summary…
The Elf Bar Elfa is a fantastic option for those looking to get away from pure disposable vaping. It is a much more cost effective option than disposable Elf Bars, without sacrificing any of the flavour quality. The flavour is fantastic with the Elf Bar Elfa which is arguably the most important thing. The design is flawless and the battery life is good, we would definitely recommend this kit to any new vaper. The biggest issue is Elf Bar not including a charging cable which really lets this kit down, but overall a fantastic device.
