How To Use The Lucy Nicotine Chewing Gum:

Unlike regular gum, Lucy provides a step by step guide on how to use their nicotine gum:

Pop a piece of your chosen gum flavour out of the packet.
Chew the piece of gum for 10-15 seconds.
Place that piece inside your lip and park it there, allowing the nicotine to absorb through your gums.
Keep it in place and remove after 30-45 minutes.
After finished, remove the gum and dispose of safely.

The more you chew, the more nicotine is released. Therefore, if the effects wear off or you want more nicotine intake, simple chew the gum again for a further 10-15 seconds and restart the process.

Why can’t I chew nicotine gum like normal gum?
