I’ve scored this item low as it has a common fault of leaking excessively and the tank is really hard to screw up. I class myself as an experienced vaper and know my way around pens, tanks, mods and previously building my own coils so when it takes 30 mins to get the tank on to screw it up I know there’s something wrong. Even when getting it all nice and tight and changing gaskets for a better fit it still leaks, even standing upright for 5 mins without a pull it’ll have residue over the battery case. This product isn’t the fault of vape.co.uk. It’s just something they sell in their stock which I feel won’t be there much longer. Rob from customer service was amazing, asking me all the right questions and even suggest/offered 2 different option that’s would be better suited for my father in law. Within 2 mins he had sent me a link with a free return delivery label and options to swap with. My apologies to Rob if I cut the message short as I closed the page by accident before we said our goodbyes. 1* for this particular product but shouldn’t put anyone off from the company or its staff as they’re 5*+
