Available Resistances:

The Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Replacement Pods come in a variety of different resistances allowing the customisation of vaping styles.

• 0.4Ohm – This is a lower resistance for a warmer vape and increased vapour production. Ideal for DTL (direct-to-lung) vaping to optimise a rich and warm flavour.
• 0.6Ohm – Also suitable for DTL vaping, except this offers a slightly tighter draw. Ideal when paired with 70VG/30PG e-liquids.
• 0.9Ohm – This higher resistance introduces compatibility with MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping. Still compatible with DTL style vaping, this is a good balance between the two and offers a good mix of vapour and flavour.
• 1.2Ohm – This has a much higher resistance that produces less vapour and a cooler inhale. This is perfect for MTL vaping with a cigarette type feel. Especially when paired with 50VG/50PG e-liquids.

What are the differences between the different Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods?

The Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods are the newer, upgraded version of the standard Caliburn GPP Pods. Incorporating the Alpha Core mesh technology the new GPP Alpha pods are designed to improve flavour consistency, extend pod lifespan and to reduce flavour degradation over time. With its built-in coil, the Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods comes in 4 different resistances (0.4Ohm/0.6Ohm/0.9Ohm/1.2Ohm).

• 0.4Ohm and 0.6Ohm Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods feature a looser airflow, and is suited to RDTL (restricted direct-to-lung) kind of vaping.
• 0.9Ohm and 1.2Ohm Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods provides a much tighter inhale , and is suited best for MTL (mouth-to-lung) kind of vaping to mimic a cigarette-like draw.

How often should I change the Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods?

Pods are directed to be changed between 5 days to a week but can be longer or less depending on the amount of vaping and length of draws each person takes. It is suggested to follow the signs to replace rather than specific timelines, for example if the liquid runs out, there is less vapour production, the flavour is weak or tastes burnt or dry.

Do I need to replace the coils within the Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods?

No. The Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods have built-in mesh coils. When the coil runs out you simply replace the whole pod.
